We’re excited to announce the opening of our new clinic location in North Vancouver!

Our new space offers the same personalized acupuncture care in a comfortable and welcoming environment, making it even more convenient for patients on the North Shore and surrounding communities. We’ll also continue to serve patients at our Richmond location, giving you the flexibility to choose the clinic that’s most convenient for you. We look forward to welcoming both new and returning patients to our North Vancouver clinic. Online booking is now available, and appointments can be scheduled at your convenience.

Payment Information

We accept cash and debit as forms of payment. Please note that we do not offer direct billing to insurance providers at this time. However, we are happy to provide a detailed invoice or receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, depending on your plan’s coverage.

Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee for the full amount. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment will be considered as having missed their appointment.
